In avoiding revenue when tax rates are reduced it encourages private sector expenditure, which in the right situation can have a huge impact on the immediate future and enormous multiplier effects as well as velocity effects.
The distinctions among different kinds of spending and the effects they have on your health are essential. What's an easy example of spending that's immediate but has little impact on the multiplier or the turn-over effect? You are likely to drink 5 glasses of water per day.
